“My four kids and I have been in a state of uncertainty for the past four and half months, after the break down of our family car. This changed my work load, my ability to get my kids to their schools, and the basic day to day needs and extracurricular activities. I lost time with my three older kids due to not being able to drive them to their out of district schools, and had to remove my youngest from the school she had attended since Kindergarten and into a new one we could walk to. It was a lot of change that seemed to cause a lot of unrest. I know my God is a provider and while the finances broke down along with the car, I have tried to keep up my hope and the hope of my children. I chose to believe something would come up, even as the weather has changed and my youngest and I were walking in the rain to work and school. And lo and behold… Jesus answered the call and prayers of many people alongside us, and put into motion a vehicle for our family! I don’t know all the people involved in this, but Donna with her amazing Acts 10:38 Foundation, moved the mountains God allowed and this family of five now can get back on track with work, finances, and most importantly, time needed to be together! I am so overwhelmed by how Jesus works in the hearts of His followers and the willingness and generosity His followers offer!” ~ Single mom
